The problem
Customer conversations scattered across personal phones
For many small and mid-size businesses, sales happen in chat: WhatsApp messages, Instagram DMs, Facebook comments. In practice that means conversations live on individual employees' phones — nobody sees the whole picture, replies depend on who is online, follow-ups get forgotten, and when a person leaves, their conversations leave with them.
The businesses I built this for needed what larger companies get from enterprise contact centers, without the enterprise: a shared view of every conversation, a record of every customer, and help answering when the team is asleep.
The product
One platform, many businesses, every channel
Agentify CRM is a multi-tenant platform: each business gets its own isolated workspace, its own team, and its own connected channels. Inside a workspace, the day-to-day works like this:
- Shared inbox. Messages from WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook arrive in one place. Any team member can pick up any conversation with the full history in front of them.
- AI assistants. Configurable bots answer common questions, qualify new contacts and hand the conversation to a human when it matters — including outside business hours.
- Contacts and pipeline. Every conversation is attached to a contact record, and contacts move through a sales pipeline so the team can see what is in play and what closed.
- Campaigns. Outbound messaging to segmented contact lists, with delivery tracked per message.
- Works like an app. The platform installs to a phone's home screen and is usable on mobile, where these teams actually work. The interface ships in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
The build
Designed, built and operated by one person
I own the entire surface: product design, the web application, the backend and data model, the messaging-platform integrations, billing, and the infrastructure it all runs on. It is live software in production with real businesses on it — which means the work also includes the unglamorous parts: monitoring, incident response, migrations and a deploy pipeline that only ships when checks pass.
Two constraints shaped the engineering. First, strict tenant isolation — one business must never see another's data, and that rule is enforced in code and verified automatically. Second, reliability at the messaging boundary — webhook events from the messaging platforms are processed exactly once, so a customer never gets a duplicate reply and a message is never silently dropped.
Honest scopeThis page describes the product factually. No usage metrics or client names are published here — the platform's customers are businesses whose conversations are private by definition.

What the platform does
The outcome
From personal phones to an operating system for conversations
Businesses on Agentify run their customer conversations as a team instead of as individuals: every message is visible, every customer has a record, and an assistant covers the hours no human does. The platform is live at agentifycrm.io and under active development.
For a prospective client, the relevant part is this: it demonstrates that I can take a product from idea to operated production software — design, build, integrations, billing and operations — alone.
